Therapy Technician
Julie joined the ACDM team in August of 2021 as an assistant. She has spent over 20 years working with teens and children along side her husband Dan who is a Pastor of Student Ministries.
Julie has a degree in both Interior Design and Counseling/Psychology. She has worked in the design field as well as run her own decorating /floral design business while a stay at home mom. She loves counseling and discipling teen and college girls through her church ministry and also enjoyed teaching 4 year old preschool for 5 years.
Julie has lived in PA, SC, OH and now Texas for over 5 years. She enjoys reading and traveling, but most of all spending time with her husband and 5 kids and getting involved in their swim, soccer and football teams.
We will perform a complete patient evaluation that includes various diagnostics and tests, including routine labs if deemed necessary.
Depending on the type of therapy program our patients enrolls in, it could look like:
Basic/Local program: 1 hour
Sports performance: 1.5-2 hours (1-2x day)
Intensive program: 1.5-2.5 hours (2x day)
Wellness Care: 1-2 hours (2-4x month)
No, our patients may be sore from the passive and physical exercises we initially start doing with them.
Yes, some of our patients start soon as they are released for additional therapy immediately following surgery.
